| Description: | Monopotassium phosphate(also potassium dihydrogen phosphate, KDP, or monobasic potassium phosphate, MKP) -- KH2PO4 -- is a soluble salt which is used as a fertilizer, a food additive and a fungicide. Monopotassium phosphate is colorless or white crystalline granule or crystalline powder, odorless, steady in air, relative density 2.338, melting point 96 ℃-253 ℃, easily soluble in water (83.5g/100ml, 90 ℃), PH4.2-4.7 in 2.7% aqueous solution, but insoluble in ethanol. | |
